Dr. Meghshyam Prabhakar Shisode
Short biography
Meghshyam Shisode is currently working as a senior researcher, indulging in complex tribological challenges at Global Research & Innovation department of SKF Seals (the Netherlands). He holds a PhD (2020) in Tribology from University of Twente (the Netherlands). In 2021, he was honored with the Biezeno award for annual best PhD thesis in the field of engineering mechanics in the Netherlands. Prior to SKF Seals, he worked in General Electric (aviation) as a design engineer. His research interests include tribology of polymers and metals, friction modelling, lubrication and surface engineering.
