Faras Brumand-Poor, M.Sc., M.Sc.
Short biography
Faras Brumand-Poor received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2017, a master's degree in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2019, a master's degree in automation engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2020, respectively. He is currently working as a research associate at the Institute for Fluid Power Drives and Systems at RWTH Aachen University. His research areas include deep learning, physics-based learning, physics-informed neural networks for lubricated contacts, fluid transmission lines, and virtual sensory.
